We also carried out a full-scale study that includes all the services the investment sector needs. Preparing the stand:

All the stands will be prepared as the following:

•Side and back walls, tables, chairs, lightening, trash can, and electricity spots.

•The name of the participant will be printed in both Arabic and English, and it will be placed in a specific place in the stand.

•Hospitality services:  The organizer will serve beverages and refreshments during exhibition hours.

•Arranging for any business meeting.

General conditions for exhibition participants:

Exhibition stands:

Stands should be setup one day before the exhibition opening day and every participant should design & implement their stand from their side. 

The place of the stand :

• Organizer will have all the rights to deal with any stand, keeping in mind that they will do their best to please all sides and all the participants and respect their choices (The priority is to the earliest booker).

The usage of the stand:

• the participant should be committed in their space and never exceed their area and it is forbidden to rent, released or assigned to any other party without the approval of the organizer.   .

•  If the participant does not use the stand area, and do not prepare it in the time scheduled by the organizer, the participant firm will loses the right to conduct and they will not refund the payments and he has no right to ask for any compensation.

Fire risks:

The presenters should not block nor constrain the passages that lead to the fire exits at all time, and every discordant will be held responsible if any danger happens (god forbid).

Violating conditions and terms:

The exhibition organizer is entitled to maintain the right to dismiss or not assign the stand to any exhibitors violating the conditions and terms of the exhibition.
